  • Achieving gender balance in your business

    As part of the 'Trade Up to a Better Future' Program, you're invited to join the Greater Cumberland Chamber of Commerce and Cumberland City Council to learn about the new Workplace Gender
    Equality Act 2012 and how it will affect your business. This session will also explore why gender equality is good for business. Featuring guest speaker Shazya Khan, Diversity and Inclusion Advocate.

  • February 2024 Update - works extended

    Due to the unforeseen circumstances works to complete the new stormwater infrastructure under Addlestone Rd near the intersection with Merrylands Road will be delayed and are expected to be completed by the end of May 2024 (subject to weather).

    The following works have been completed:

    • Precast Stormwater culvert sections have all been installed
    • Temporary water main required to allow final culvert construction has been constructed awaiting Sydney water connection
