March 2023 consultation:
Cumberland City Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting a drainage easement through part of Council owned land (Park) know as Wentworthville Swimming Centre located at 83 Dunmore Street Wentworthville (Lot 1 in DP 117679) to the adjoining property owner at 14 Emert Street, Wentworthville (Lot 7 in DP 21675) in accordance with Development Consent DA2022/0132.
The land affected by the easement is within Lot 7 in Deposited Plan 21675 and Lot 1 in DP 117679, which forms part of Council’s Larger landholding and will occupy an approximate area of 50.31 square metres (1 metre in width and 50.31 metres in length) for a term in perpetuity.
