October 2023:
Council has updated the concept plans for the Nemesia Street Park netball court improvement project. The updated plans have incorporated various factors including community feedback received in the 2022 survey, environmental considerations and constructability. You can view the updated plans in the document library.
Detailed design and documentation of the project has now commenced as well as a Review of Environmental Factors and the project is on track for delivery in the 2023-24 financial year, weather permitting.
October 2022:
Consultation has closed on the Nemesia Street Park Netball Court Improvements, and submissions are now being reviewed. Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback.
September consultation:
Cumberland is proposing new netball courts at Nemesia Street Park in Greystanes. These will replace the existing courts and will provide an improved playing surface, better drainage and lighting.
The proposed courts will be built in line with Netball Australia guidelines, with more clearance around the courts, and will be subject to further investigations and design.

During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposed concept plans by completing the feedback form below. If you prefer, you can complete email your submission, or write it out and post that in to the Council instead of completing it online. The consultation period runs from Tuesday 20 September to Thursday 20 October 2022.
