Have Your Say on the Lidcombe Community Garden Proposed Licence Agreement
Cumberland City Council is proposing to grant a licence agreement to BOTANICA COMMUNITY GARDEN INCORPORATED (INC2500379) for a term of three (3) years with an option to renew for a further term of two (2) years. The purpose of the licence agreement is to establish and operate a community garden over the land identified as Central Park (Part Lot 41 in Deposited Plan 1089707) located at Botanica Drive, Lidcombe NSW 2141.
This notification is given under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community, and would appreciate your input on the Proposed Grant of Licence for Lidcombe Community Garden.
The consultation period runs from Wednesday 23 July to Wednesday 20 August 2025. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Anyone who wishes to provide feedback on the proposal must do so in writing by 4pm Wednesday 20 August 2025.
