Local Traffic and Transport - Draft Policy and Guidelines

We want your feedback!

Cumberland City Council is now seeking feedback on both the Draft Local Traffic and Transport Policy and the Draft Traffic and Transport Guidelines. These will be exhibited for a period of 28 days as resolved by Council.

The purpose of the Draft Policy and Guidelines is to inform our community and stakeholders on Council’s process and requirements to deliver fit for purpose traffic and transport solutions.

The documents cover three areas: Local Area Traffic Management; Pedestrian Crossings; and Permit Parking Schemes, detailing Council's approach, assessment and criteria for implementation.

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community, and would appreciate your input on the Draft Local Traffic and Transport Policy and the Draft Traffic and Transport Guidelines.

We encourage you to download a copy of the relevant documents for review from our document library.
