Have Your Say on the Proposed Lease Agreement for Hyland Road Park Greystanes
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Cumberland City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to grant a five (5) year Lease Agreement to West Cumberland Mens Shed Incorporated (ABN 63 773 789 161). The Lease pertains to Lot 10 in Deposited Plan 817980, known as Hyland Road Park, Gipps Road Sporting Complex, located at 2 Hyland Road Greystanes NSW 2145. The purpose of the lease is to facilitate various recreational and project-based activities on a not-for-profit basis that aim to enhance and promote overall health and wellbeing of participants.

During this community consultation period, residents were encouraged to view or download a copy of the proposed lease area of the survey plan from the document library on this page.
The consultation period runs from Friday 9 May 2025 to Tuesday 10 June 2025. During this community consultation period, residents were encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Anyone who wished to provide feedback on the proposal were to do so in writing by 5pm Tuesday 10 June 2025.
