March 2022 consultation:
Council invited you to have your say on draft Voluntary Planning Agreement that has been lodged with the approved development under DA2019/395/1 for land at 399 Guildford Road, Guildford.
The planning agreement seeks to comply with the condition imposed as part of the consent for the payment of a monetary contribution to Council prior to the release of the construction certificate for the development, in the sum of $75,000 in lieu of 3 commercial vehicle parking spaces that could not be provided on the site, in conjunction with the carrying out of the development. The planning agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Cumberland Voluntary Planning Agreements Policy.
