December 2021 consultation:
Cumberland City Council proposes to grant of 21-year Lease and 2 year short term licence to Flipside Action Sports Pty Ltd ABN (ABN 24 620 282 046 / ACN 620 282 046), in respect of the land located at Lot 7046, DP1065005 Wyatt Park Skate and Wheel Sports Facility known as part of Wyatt Park, Church Street, Lidcombe NSW.
Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given that Cumberland City Council proposes to grant a 21-year lease & 2 year licence to Flipside Action Sports Pty Ltd ABN (ABN 24 620 282 046 / ACN 620 282 046), for the purpose of a skatepark and carpark being the land compromised as part Lot 7046, DP 1065005 Wyatt Park Skate and Wheel Sports Facility known as part of Wyatt Park, Church Street, Lidcombe NSW. The proposed area for the 21 year lease as depicted in the draft survey plan below refer to area (L3 & L4) and (L1 & L2) for the 2 year short term licence.
Any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing by 3pm Thursday 23 December 2021.
