The Toongabbie Town Centre Public Domain Plan was adopted by Council at the meeting of 21 August 2024.

May 2024 update:
The consultation on Toongabbie Town Centre Draft Public Domain Plan has closed and submissions are now being reviewed. Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback.
April 2024 consultation:
Toongabbie Town Centre Public Domain Plan (The Plan) prepared by Cumberland City Council, is to guide the delivery of consistently high quality public realm to promote the revitalisation of Toongabbie town centre.
This document sets out a town centre wide palette of streetscape treatments, including material palettes for surface treatments, street furniture, landscaping, and finishes.

The consultation period runs from Tuesday 30 April 2024 to Tuesday 28 May 2024. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to provide feedback on the draft Public Domain Plan. Submissions are open until Tuesday 28 May 2024.
