Progress Park Playground Upgrade
October 2022 update:
Work has concluded at Progress Park, and the old play equipment has been removed. The park space can be seen below.
April 2022 notification:
Cumberland is proposing the removal of the old play equipment at Progress Park Auburn as it has come to the end of its serviceable life. Council has already built a playspace closer to Killeen Street in 2018, which serves as a replacement.
The equipment will be removed and the area will be re-turfed. Works are expected to commence mid-late 2022, weather permitting.
