Consultation has concluded

Council invites you to have your say on a Planning Proposal Request received for 106-128 Woodpark Road, Smithfield. The preliminary consultation for this proposal is fromTuesday, 12 November 2019 to Wednesday, 11 December 2019.

The following planning controls are proposed to be changed:

Amending Schedule 1 (Additional permitted uses) of the Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 2013 to allow for shops, office premises and business premises as additional permitted uses for the site,

Amending the height of building (HOB) control for a portion of the site from 20m to 29m.
