Council is upgrading Phillips Park Play equipment and Loop Path. The upgrade of the loop pathway works is commencing in early October 2023. Work is expected to be completed by end of February 2024, weather permitting. It is anticipated the playground works will commence in late November early December 2023. During this time we will aim to minimise any inconvenience. The playground project is going to the council meeting on the 9th of October. This project is jointly funded by the Australian Government through the Investing in Our Communities Program and Cumberland City Council.
