June 2021 consultation
Cumberland City Council is gave notification of the exhibition of the proposed draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for 2 Percy Street, Auburn. The Voluntary Planning Agreement was prepared in response to State Significant Development application (SSD – 8926) approved for the site to facilitate a new school for 728 students and 58 staff on a staged basis. The voluntary planning agreement provides a local infrastructure contribution, (monetary) towards public domain and open space upgrades in accordance with the proposed Wyatt Park Masterplan, Auburn.
