November 2023 Update
Cumberland City Council is proposing to grant a 21-year lease to Western Suburbs District Rugby League Club Limited (ACN 003 390 467) for the purpose of rugby league football being the land compromised as part of part Lot 7046 in DP1065005 & Lot 1 in DP 581438 Wyatt Park, Lidcombe Oval, Church Street, Lidcombe NSW.
Under Section 23F of the Conveyancing Act 1919, the proposed term for the lease is 21 years and will form the basis of consecutive leases with an initial term of 5-year lease with an option for a further 5 years x 3 plus 1-year term when the initial lease commences.

The consultation period runs from Wednesday 15 November 2023 to Friday 15 December 2023. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Anyone who wishes to provide feedback on the proposal must do so in writing by 5pm Friday 15 December 2023.
