Consultation has closed on the proposed Grant of Lease for Granville Centre Cafe, and submissions are now being reviewed. Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback.
March 2022 consultation:
Cumberland City Council proposes to grant a lease and licence to NP Catering PTY. LTD ABN: 68 168 102 163 in respect to the ground floor café premises located within the Granville Centre, 1 Memorial Drive, Granville which comprises of part Lot 135511, DP1258201. The proposed Lease and Licence starts at the end of the public notice period for a 5-year period with an option of further 5-year period.
Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given that Cumberland City Council proposes to grant a 5-year lease and licence with a further option of 5 year to NP Catering PTY. LTD ABN: 68 168 102 163 for the purpose of a cafe and licenced dining area comprising of part Lot 135511, DP1258201 known as the Granville Centre, 1 Memorial Drive, Granville NSW 2142.

The Proposed Grant of Lease of Granville Centre Cafe is on exhibition from Wednesday 23 March to Tuesday 19 April 2022. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Anyone who wishes to provide feedback on the proposal must do so in writing by 3pm Tuesday 19 April 2022.
