Latest news about the Freame Park Basketball Court Resurfacing

August 2023 update:

Project is now completed.

May 2023 project:

Council will be undertaking construction activities on the Basketball Court at Freame Park. 

The Basketball Court will undergo upgrade works to the court surface, backboard hoops and nets from   3 May 2023 - 12 May 2023. During this time the court will be closed to the public.

The closest courts within the Cumberland Local Government Area that can be used instead are at Merrylands Oval located at the corner of Burnett Street and Merrylands Road, Merrylands.

There is also a small half court located at M J Bennet Reserve, Westmead, at the corner of Fenwick Place and Noland Crescent.
