March 2023 update:

Consultation for the Poposed Easement at Driftway Drive, Pemulwuy has closed and submissions are now being reviewed. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. 


February 2023 consultation:

In pursuance of the provisions of Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Cumberland City Council proposes to grant an easement for the installation of rock anchors to support the retaining wall to the adjoining development site located at Driftway Drive, Pemulwuy.

The subject easement adjoins community land known as Marrong Reserve which is identified as Lot 201, DP 1121844.

Now we want your feedback

The Proposed Easement at Driftway Drive, Pemulwuy is on exhibition from Wednesday 22 February 2023 to Wednesday 15 March 2023. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Anyone who wishes to provide feedback on the proposal must do so in writing by 5pm Wednesday 15 March 2023.

Submissions concerning the above proposal are to be made by Wednesday 15 March 2023.

There are three ways you can lodge a submission:
