April consultation 2020
At the Council Meeting on 4 March 2020, it was resolved to seek feedback from the community on locations for new Dog Off-Leash Areas within the Granville Ward.
You are invited to comment and provide feedback on the four (4) potential locations for Dog Off-Leash areas:
- Kurung Reserve, Holroyd
- Elizabeth Street Park, Guildford
- Granville Park, Granville
- Lawson Square, Merrylands
Following this consultation, a final recommendation will be reported to Council incorporating community feedback.
Once appropriate locations are determined, further community consultation will occur regarding specific details on design elements such as fencing and access to water.
Consultation will run from Friday 24 April to Friday 22 May 2020.
HOW CAN YOU HAVE YOUR SAY?
Feedback from the community will inform the location of future off leash dog parks in the Ward.
Our engagement sessions will be available online and via phone, in order to keep people safe and to comply with current social distancing public health orders.
