May 2023 consultation:

Cumberland City Council proposes to grant a lease agreement to Sundown Building Supplies Pty Ltd (ABN 36 675 238 267) in respect of the Land identified as Part Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 1179149, located at 167 Fairfield Road Guildford West NSW 2161, for the permitted use of storing retail and landscape supplies. The proposed lease is for a 5-year period, with an option to renew for a further term of 5-year period.
