The Deed of Easement has been granted for the drainage through part Council owned land to the adjoining property owner at 16 Platform Street, Lidcombe.

November 2023 consultation:
Acting under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Cumberland Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting a drainage easement through part of Council owned land known as Phillips Park, Princess Street, Lidcombe (Lot G/DP 395943) to the adjoining property owner at 16 Platform Street, Lidcombe known as (Lot 17/Sec 3/DP 831).
The land affected by the easement is within Lot G/DP 395943, which forms part of Council's larger landholding and will occupy an approximate area of 7.2 square metres (1.2 metres in width and 6 metres in length) to permit the disposal of stormwater into Council's stormwater system for a term in perpetuity,
