We're proposing improvements to Alpha Road Park and we want your feedback!
Every year, Council conducts park improvement projects through various programs to meet the growing needs of our community. Council has prepared a draft concept and has asked the community for feedback on the proposed design for Alpha Road Park.
The proposal includes upgrades to the existing playground with a range of new equipment to provide a range of play opportunities for a range of ages and abilities. Other proposed features include new park furniture for more seating, new paths for imporved access, planting and new surface treatments. Proposed new car parking is shown indicatively along Dahlia Street.
The community consultation period runs from Tuesday 3 February 2026 to Tuesday 3 March 2026. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. The proposed concept design can be found in the Document Library.
