March 2024 consultation:
Cumberland City Council as the Trust Manager of Centenary Park Reserve Trust (R76751) Reserve Trust is giving notification of the proposed granting of a three (3) year Lease Agreement to Wenty Waratah Sports & Social Club (ABN 91 198 172 058) in respect of the land identified as part Lots 191-193 in DP 11653 also known as the Ted Burge Sportsground Hall, located within Ted Burge Sportsground, 57 Centenary Road Merrylands NSW 2160, for the permitted use as a Sports and Recreation Club.
Background
Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given advising that Cumberland City Council as the Trust Manager of Centenary Park Reserve Trust (R76751) Reserve Trust, propose to grant a three (3) year Lease Agreement to Wenty Waratah Sports & Social Club (ABN 91 198 172 058) in respect of the land identified as part Lots 191-193 in DP 11653 also known as the Ted Burge Sportsground Hall, located within Ted Burge Sportsground, 57 Centenary Road Merrylands NSW 2160, for the purpose of providing facilities to local sporting teams and community.
