Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan 2018-2022

Consultation has concluded

Council has adopted a Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan. It is a whole of Council planning tool which provides direction for Council in addressing priority crime related issues and improving community safety over the next four years. A draft strategy was co-developed with the community between September 2016 and February 2018, including online and face-to-face surveys, interviews and focus groups.

Council asked for feedback on the draft plan in May and June 2018. Fourteen submissions were received. The response to these submissions can be found by clicking here.
