Draft Risk Management Policy

Stock image of the components of risk management

Council is inviting community input into the new Draft Risk Management Policy that provides a framework to drive risk-informed decision making.

The policy clearly communicates Council’s commitment to maintaining an effective and efficient risk management framework, and ensures that elected Council set the risk philosophy for the organisation to implement in its day-to-day operations. The Policy also outlines the key roles and responsibilities of all key stakeholders in the risk management process.
