Planning Proposal Request for Building 3 at 1-11 Neil Street Merrylands

Consultation has concluded

Council seeks community comments on a planning proposal request lodged by Landmark Property Group for Building 3 at 1-11 Neil Street, Merrylands.

The planning proposal request seeks to amend the Holroyd LEP 2013 by:

  • Increasing the existing Floor Space Ratio control for the site to 3.66:1 from 3.5:1.
  • Increasing the maximum height of building control for the site to 50m from 39m.
