April 2024 consultation:
Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting a drainage easement through part of Council owned land (Park) known as Haywood Place Reserve located at 11 Millicent Street, Greystanes (Lot 42 in DP 238202) to permit the legal disposal of stormwater to Haywood Place in favour of the adjoining property to be developed at 6 Mountford Avenue, Greystanes (Lot 38 in DP 238202), in accordance with Development Application DA2022/0570.

Acting under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Cumberland Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting a drainage easement through part of Council owned land (Park) known as Haywood Place Reserve located at 11 Millicent Street, Greystanes (Lot 42 in DP 238202) to permit the legal disposal of stormwater to Haywood Place in favour of the adjoining property to be developed at 6 Mountford Avenue, Greystanes (Lot 38 in DP 238202), in accordance with Development Application DA2022/0570.
The land affected by the easement is within Lot 38 in Deposited Plan 238202 and Lot 42 in DP 238202, which forms part of Council’s larger landholding and will occupy an approximate area of 38.376 square metres (1.2 metres in width and 31.98 metres in length) for a term in perpetuity.
