January 2024 update:
Consultation on the Proposed Grant of Licence at Linnwood Estate in Guildford has closed, and submissions are now being reviewed. Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback.
November 2023 consultation:
Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given advising that Cumberland City Council as the Trust Manager of the Linnwood Estate (R1031568) Reserve Trust, propose to grant a 12-month Licence Agreement to Sunnyfield (ACN 000 415 127) in respect of the land identified as part Lot 1 in DP 169485 also known as the Linnwood Estate, located at Byron Road Guildford NSW 2161, for the purpose of providing support services to the community.
