July 2021 consultation:
Cumberland City Council gives notice under Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 and Division 3.4 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016, of its intention to enter into a licence agreement with rugby sports club Western Sydney Two Blues (ABN 22 798 563 329).
The proposed licence is to be granted over part of the council-managed Crown Land known as Granville Park Stadium, 2 Montrose Avenue, Merrylands.
The proposed terms and conditions of the Licence for consideration are as follows:
Term: 5 Years
Rental Fee: $5,000 per annum
Commencement: August 2021
Licence Fee Review Date/Method: Annual CPIS increase at the anniversary of the Commencement Date
I. Exclusive use over part of the Premises being the dedicated administration office space and equipment storeroom.
II. Non-exclusive use and access to the shared common areas which includes the foyer, canteen, changing rooms, locker rooms, first aid room, restroom and the multipurpose room being part of the Premises
Outgoings: Tenant will be responsible for outgoings for exclusive areas
Any person wishing to make a submission on the proposal must do so in writing by 2pm Monday 23 August 2021.
