Help Council develop its Employment Pathways Program

We’re calling for Cumberland residents aged 16-25 to help us improve employment opportunities for young people at Cumberland Council.

Cumberland Council is developing an Employment Pathways Program. The Program guides the delivery of apprenticeships, volunteering, work experience and other employment opportunities.

The program includes:

  • The design, planning and promotion of employment opportunities across Council;
  • Recruitment processes that effectively target and reach local young people;
  • Delivery of opportunities (including providing the required support to young people);
  • Retention of young people or pathways to other employment opportunities.

How to get involved:

  • Register below to attend a workshop and help develop the framework;
  • All participants will receive a $50 gift voucher for their contribution.

Please note that you must be aged 16-25 to participate.
