Draft Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Guideline

Council is inviting community input into the revised Draft Compliance and Enforcement Policy.

The draft policy aims to ensure that Council’s regulatory functions are exercised consistently and without bias, in accordance with legislation. The policy will assist Council officers to respond consistently and effectively to complaints of unlawful activity.

A Draft Compliance and Enforcement Guideline is also open for comment. It will assist in the implementation of the policy.
